Tender: 200 kW Grid-Tied Solarization with Net Metering — BISE Faisalabad (Turnkey)

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Faisalabad invites sealed bids from well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered firms/companies/contractors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System for the supply, installation and commissioning on turnkey basis of a 200 kW grid-tied solar system with net metering for B.I.S.E. Faisalabad.

Important instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding procedure: Single stage, two envelopes. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) following PPRA rules.

- Prospective bidders must be well-reputed, experienced and tax registered firms/companies/contractors and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-08 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, B.I.S.E. Faisalabad. Interested applicants requiring clarification are encouraged to attend and submit written queries (or send queries via email to [email protected]) at least two working days before the pre-bid meeting.

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 1,500,000) to be submitted/transferred online as prescribed in the Punjab E-Procurement System in the name of Secretary B.I.S.E., Faisalabad.

- A complete set of tender documents (in English) can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement Portal immediately after publication of the advertisement.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend. Late bids or bids not submitted through the E-Tender Portal will be rejected.
