WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bids: Diving Equipment & LV Circuit Breakers (Closing 2026-08-20)

Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela invites electronic bids (EPADS v2.0) for procurement planned under FY 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted on a D.D.P. basis using Single Stage–One Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and WAPDA procurement guidelines.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Electronic bids must be submitted only through EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) by the stated EPADS submission deadline (1100 Hrs). Manual or physical electronic submissions are not accepted. - Each bid must be accompanied by the required Bid Security as specified above. Original bid security in the form of CDR / bank draft in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela must reach the procuring office prior to or before the bid closing/submission time. - Bid validity: 90 days from the date of opening. - Insurance guarantees are not acceptable. Bidders must follow the bidding document for details on bid security, eligibility, qualification, and evaluation criteria. - Bidders not registered on EPADS should register on the portal; a tutorial and registration guidance are available on EPADS.
