IESCO Tender: Repair of 200 kVA Distribution Transformers (August 2026)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad. IESCO invites sealed tenders for the year 2026-27 from firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC (and with FBR) for repair works on damaged distribution transformers on an “as is where is and free delivery basis” to IESCO Regional Stores (Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajjar & Wah).

Submission & Opening: Tenders will be received on 2026-08-17 up to 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives (bearing authority letters). If the advertised date is a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be registered firms/manufacturers with relevant electricity/WAPDA/NTDC registration and with FBR. Material and repair work must conform to WAPDA/NTDC specifications. Tenders must be submitted on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Price should be final on FCS basis without foreign exchange involvement.

Bid Validity & Security: Bids are valid for 120 days. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as specified above, valid for 150 days, in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled bank (rating A+ or above) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad.

Documents & Fee: Tender documents, terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Material Management, IESCO Head Office against non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 per tender during working hours.
