IESCO Tender: Repair of 200 kVA Damaged Distribution Transformers

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). Purpose: Procurement of repair services for irreparable/damaged 200 kVA distribution transformers on "as is where is and free delivery basis" for delivery to IESCO regional stores Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar & Wah. Firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC and FBR are invited to bid.

Submission & Opening:

- Tender receipt deadline: 2026-08-17 up to 10:30 AM.
- Tender opening: 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM (in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).

Key terms & conditions:

• Tender will be opened on a "Single Stage One Envelope basis".
• Price must be firm and final on FCS basis without foreign exchange involvement.
• Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security must be valid for 150 days.
• Bid security must be in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan (bank with AA+ rating or above) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad.
• Tender documents, including terms & conditions, can be obtained from the Office of Material Management, IESCO Islamabad against non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 per tender.
• Written application on company letterhead with copies of registration, sales tax registration (STRN) and NTN must be produced at time of issuance of tender documents.
• If the advertised date is a holiday, the tender will be received/opened on the next working day at the same time.
• IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids prior to acceptance.
