Issuer: Gilgit-Baltistan Board of Revenue (GB BoR). Tender notice No. GB PPRA-I (GB, BoR)/2026 dated 27/07/2026 inviting sealed bids from reputed registered government firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors for procurement of goods/services for Regular & land titling Project ETI for financial years 2026-27.
Submission deadline: 2026-08-18. Sealed technical and financial proposals (single envelope) must be submitted to the undersigned by the specified closing time. Bids will be opened by the tender committee in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:
- Call deposit (refundable) must be in the shape of a bank draft from a scheduled bank in favor of DDO GB Board of Revenue; tenders without call deposit will not be entertained.
- Only registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors will be entertained. Tender documents fee should be deposited through treasury challan as specified.
- Contractors/suppliers may offer only for categories where they have complete setup and documentary evidence (own shop/store/workshop) and adequate supply/stock in Gilgit City.
- Each category bid should be offered mentioning the category name in bold on the sealed envelope.
- Required documents to attach: bank statement for one year, two years' work experience in relevant field, firm registration certificate, affidavit of non-blacklisting, CNIC of owner, firm letter pad with address, vendor number and telephone number. Technical bidding documents must be attached.
- Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Artificial/dubious rates will be rejected. All applicable taxes must be included in the bid price.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per GB PPRA instructions/guidelines.
