Pakistan Navy (Office of the COMDEP) invites bids from GST & Income Tax registered firms/suppliers for annual supply contracts to PN units at Lahore, Karachi, Creek and Coastal areas. Bids must follow Para 36(b) PPRA Rule 2004 (single-stage, two-envelope procedure). An earnest money pay order in favor of COMDEP Welfare & Improvement Fund A/C No. 01700103296198 (Mezzan Bank) must be attached with technical quotations; offers without pay order will not be entertained.
