Project SS Builders & Developers (Rahmat Residency) informs all plot owners that registration of plots commenced on 1 March 2025. All owners are required to complete their registration and take possession of their plots by 15 August 2026.
Plots for which possession is not taken by the deadline will incur a monthly security/guard charge of Rs. 5,000 per plot and may be cancelled without further notice; the company’s decision will be final and no objections will be accepted.
