The Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ZTBL), through its branch manager, has filed Suit No. 231 of 2026 in Banking Court No. 11, Hyderabad, seeking recovery of Rs 584,605 plus mark-up and costs from borrower Lemon Chandio son of Khuda Bakhsh Chandio under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
