District Police Officer, Nankana Sahib invites e-bids under a Framework Contract for various store items, equipment and services from authorized firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors (including JVs where applicable) duly registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax & PEC as applicable). Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) system under PPRA rules.

Eligibility & submission notes

• Only bidders registered with relevant authorities and tax departments are eligible.
• All procurements and bid document downloads will be handled electronically via the PPRA e-Procurement portal.
• Original bid security (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked clearly before the e-bid submission deadline; acceptable in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft as specified.
• Performance guarantee (5%) will be required from the successful bidder and refunded on successful completion of contract obligations.
• The District Police Officer reserves the right to reject any or all e-bids as per PPRA rules.
