The Banking Court, Hyderabad (Hon. Judge Farid Anwar Qazi) has admitted Suit No.234 of 2026 filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 against defendant Abdul Latif Maksi (son of Ali Jan), a borrower residing in Mohalla Bahar Colony, Kotri, District Jamshoro, seeking recovery of Rs.428,645 plus mark-up, fund charges and costs.
