Key instructions:
- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the undersigned on request, with a written application and bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.
- Each tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
- The tender envelope should be clearly superscribed with tender number and description. Postal delays in delivery of tenders shall rest with the tenderer.
- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders received after the opening shall not be entertained. Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected.
- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.
