THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra — Framework Contract Tenders 2026-27 for Medicines & Medical Supplies

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra (District Faisalabad) invites bids under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 from eligible and experienced Income Tax / GST / PST filer registered firms, partnerships, sole proprietors or companies, under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement (Punjab e-Procurement / EPADS). Interested eligible bidders must obtain bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements and specifications from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website or through the e-procurement portal until the closing date. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS on or before 2026-08-04 at 10:00 AM.

Each bid must be accompanied by 2% bid security valid for 180 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra. The original CDR must also be submitted on or before the closing date & time.

Bids will be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra, Faisalabad; uploaded bids received by 04-08-2026 at 10:00 AM will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the office of the tender committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity, taxes, NTN and Sales Tax registration requirements apply as per applicable government rules. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
