THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra Framework Contract Tender 2026-27 — Medicines, Dialysis & Miscellaneous Items

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra (District Faisalabad) invites bids under the Punjab e-Procurement System for framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible income tax/GST/PST filer registered firms, partnerships, sole proprietors and companies may bid for the following lots:

Key instructions: Bidding will be conducted through e-Procurement (single stage, two-envelope where applicable). Bidders must upload bids on EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) on or before 2026-08-04 at 10:00 AM. A 2% bid security valid for 180 days must accompany the bid in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft or banker’s cheque from a scheduled bank in favor of MS THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra; the original CDR must be submitted before closing time. Bids received on EPADS by 04-08-2026 at 10:00 AM will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate required. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
