Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches (Karachi & Rahim Yar Khan)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable contractors/companies for renovation works at specified BOP branches.

Key submission & opening details:

• Bid documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website and may be downloaded free of cost.
• Last date/time for uploading/submitting bids on Punjab e-Procurement System: 2026-08-13 at 11:00 am.
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-13 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a subsequent date/time to be announced.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options, digitally generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

Eligibility & other requirements:

• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
