How to apply and important conditions:
- Tender documents: Obtain from the MPRC admin section after payment of Rs 100 (non-refundable). Documents available during working hours; documents available until 12 August 2026 per the notice.
- Procurement procedure: Prequalification will be processed pursuant to Rule 36(A) using the Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must follow terms and conditions in the bidding documents.
- Submission and opening: Last date for submission of proposals is 2025-08-13 at 10:00 hrs. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs at MPRC in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security (earnest money) as listed above must be submitted with the financial proposal; failure to submit will result in disqualification.
- The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject quotations in accordance with AJK PPRA rules. Blacklisted firms/suppliers/companies are barred from participation. Evaluation report/award of contract will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website.
