Issuing Authority: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Sargodha (Punjab Building Department). Electronic tenders (PPRA e-tendering) are invited from engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bidders must upload scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for earnest money (5% of estimated cost) and submit the original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening. Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Other instructions (registration on e-procurement portal, non-responsive bids, bid opening procedure, disqualification clauses, and PPRA rules) apply as stated by the department.
