FGO Tender No.2026-27/FGO-1 – Stationery, Store Items & IT Equipment (Islamabad)

Federal Government Organization (FGO), Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPADS/PPRA for procurement of stationery, other store items (including sanitary & electrical items) and I.T. equipment/computer accessories. Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding will be adopted. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, SECP/FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

How to apply and requirements:

- Download bidding documents from PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and EPADS (https://epads.gov.pk).
- Submit bids through EPADS; firms meeting criteria may also submit hard copy of bid but hard copy must reach the issuing office before/on the deadline.
- Pay-order (bid security) must be issued in favor of DDO CRHQ IBD, Islamabad and a scanned copy of the pay-order must be uploaded on EPADS.
- All applicable taxes will be deducted as per law. Submission of fake documents or misinformation may lead to blacklisting.

Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office on or before 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who attend.
