Open Tender Notice 46-51/2026 — Procurement of Gases, Vials and Equipment (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box No.1482), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department with valid GST invoices and fax facilities) for supply of the items listed below. Tender documents and detailed specifications are available from the undersigned on written request on firm letterhead with the prescribed tender fee/bank draft in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Key Submission & Bid Conditions

- Tender fee must be submitted as a bank draft/pay order (cash not accepted) in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores against orders. Tenders received after the stated receiving time/date will not be entertained. Validity of submitted tenders must be at least 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against request with bank draft; original bank draft should be received one day before opening. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before tender opening.
