| Manual Sweeping Contractors | Minimum Matric | 3–5 years in sanitation or manpower management; ability to recruit, deploy and manage 200+ sanitary workers; strong leadership and knowledge of waste management operations; own transportation for manpower deployment preferred |
| Field Supervisors | Intermediate or higher | 2–3 years supervisory experience in sanitation or municipal services; supervise field staff, monitor attendance, resolve complaints, maintain operational reports; physically fit with good communication; valid motorcycle license and own transport preferred |
| Door-to-Door Collection Supervisors | Intermediate or higher | 2+ years in door-to-door waste collection or municipal sanitation; supervise collection teams, route monitoring, maintain daily operational records; good public dealing skills; valid motorcycle license and own transport preferred |
