Head Procurement, P.O. Key conditions:
- Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of GST) must accompany the tender/quotation in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Late receipts will not be entertained. Tenders must be properly signed and envelopes super-scribed with tender number and due date.
- Payment: Cash will not be accepted. Original bank draft/pay order must be received in the office one day before the tender opening.
- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores as per contracts. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.
