Punjab Building Department E-Tender Notice — Buildings Division Sargodha (Various Maintenance & Repair Works)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Sargodha (Punjab Building Department). Online bids are invited through the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System for multiple repair, maintenance and service contracts for government buildings and offices in Sargodha District.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Bidding through PPRA e-Procurement portal: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.
• Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the relevant category/codes and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website as required by PPRA Rules.
• Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / original receipt of earnest money (5% of estimated cost) on the e-tendering portal and submit the original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee on the day of bid opening; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
• Successful bidder will furnish 10% Performance Guarantee (as specified) within 15 days in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee as per tender conditions.
• No tender will be accepted without complete tender documents submitted on the PPRA e-Tendering System.
