District Police Officer, Hafizabad invites sealed electronic bids on e-PADeP (e-PADs) under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single-Stage One-Envelope) for multiple framework contracts on FOR basis for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 2027-06-30). Interested, financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments may submit bids as per terms below.
Key instructions: Bids must be submitted on e-PADs as specified in the tender documents. Bid security (earnest money) is required at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque as specified. Bids will be opened on the closing date in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Refer to the procuring office for full bidding documents and procedures.
