Tender: Supply of Medicines & Surgical Disposable Items for THQ Hospital Jahanian (Framework Contract)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jahanian invites electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract to supply medicines and surgical disposable items for LP, Zakat & UHI for Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements: Bidders, suppliers, manufacturers or firms must be registered with relevant authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), hold a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27 (Excise & Taxation), and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. All electronic bids must include a scanned 2% bid security of the estimated cost; the original bid security instrument (CDR/Pay Order etc.) must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent’s office prior to bid submission closing. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be submitted online at www.epp.punjab.gov.pk.
