Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) PMU Multan invites sealed e-bids through EPADS 2.0 (NCB) under the Annual Procurement Plan for FY 2026-27 for supply of relays, earthing material, 132 kV towers, tower accessories and related items. Interested firms must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically via the EPADS portal before the stated closing times. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Key procurement and submission conditions:
- Bids to be submitted electronically on EPADS 2.0 only.
- Bid security (as specified per tender) must be furnished in acceptable form (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee) issued by scheduled banks of Pakistan. Bank Guarantee must be valid for 150 days after the opening date where applicable.
- Tender validity: 120 days from the opening date.
- Bidders must comply with MEPCO procurement rules (Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA/MEPCO rules).
