Electronic Tender: Procurement of Veterinary Ultrasound for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

Directorate General, Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites electronic bids/offers from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, etc., engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax where applicable) for procurement of medical equipment under the project titled "Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore". Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system.

Submission & key dates: Submit signed and stamped technical and financial documents online via the eP system on or before 2026-08-10 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security & validity: Bidders must submit 2% bid security of the estimated price. Bid security submissions will be processed digitally through the eP system. Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission.

Important notes: Manual / hard-copy bids will not be accepted. Bidding documents can be downloaded and submitted online without paying any fee. The Department will not be responsible for delays in submission of e-bids. The Department reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per Procurement Rules.
