Issuer: National Police Foundation (NPF). Contract appointments for multiple managerial positions at NPF Headquarters, Islamabad. Initial contract period: 02 years (extendable by 01 year subject to performance and mutual consent).

| 3 | Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination | 01 | Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution with minimum 3–5 years’ experience in large-scale government departments or private organizations in procurement, vendor management and supply chain operations. Responsible for procurement, contract management, vendor coordination, SOPs and administrative matters. Maximum age: 35 years. |
| 4 | Assistant Director Testing & Assessment | 01 | Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education or related field from an HEC-recognized institution with minimum 05 years’ relevant experience. Responsible for assisting in recruitment/testing projects, modernizing testing systems, ensuring security, transparency and confidentiality of candidate and test data. Maximum age: 35 years. |

Responsibilities include providing legal opinions, representing the organization in courts/tribunals, preparing and vetting legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maximum age: 35 years. |
Other important details: Degrees/certificates must be from HEC-recognized institutions; registration with PEC/Bar Council where applicable is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, Government/Public Sector or Semi-Government organizations.
