National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids via PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage – Two Envelopes basis for the provision of drinking / mineral water for NUMS, Rawalpindi. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
