• Second-class Master's degree or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC in a discipline relating to business administration, public administration or social sciences; preferably with five years' relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited local or foreign university recognized by HEC, preferably with five years' experience in business administration, public administration, asset management or law.
• Out of five years' relevant experience, at least three years must pertain to administration and functioning of a body corporate or a public body.

• Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
• Must not be a court-declared defaulter in respect of loan repayment.
• Must not be an undischarged insolvent.
• Must not have been convicted by a court for an offence involving moral turpitude.
• Age: Not less than 40 years and not more than 60 years on the closing date.
• Should possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity and moral conduct.
