Issuer: District Council Rahim Yar Khan (Special Branch, CP/PM Portal & Public Complaints). Invitation for registered contractors/firms to participate in annual framework civil works (M&R Programme) for FY 2026-27 (1 July 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 / 2nd Bi-annual 2026).
Key submission and eligibility information:
- Submission method: Bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 01:00 PM on 2026-08-11. Tender opening: 01:30 PM on 2026-08-11 in the office of District Council Rahim Yar Khan in presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
- Eligibility: Registered contractors/firms must hold valid registration on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal and possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category for FY 2026-27.
- Bid security / Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of District Officer (I&S), District Council Rahim Yar Khan. Original CDR along with PEC certificate and firm letterhead must be submitted to the District Opening Committee before the opening of bids.
- Completion time for works: 30-06-2027.
