Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites applications for the post of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) on a contract basis. The Secretary will head the ETPB, a statutory body responsible for management and disposal of evacuee trust properties attached to charitable, religious or educational trusts or institutions.

Key Qualifications	Second-class Master's degree or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC in a discipline related to business administration, public administration or social sciences (preferably with five years' relevant experience); Law degree (LLB) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university is also acceptable/preferred with relevant experience.
Experience & Specific Requirements	Preferably five years' experience in business administration, public administration, asset management or law; Of the relevant experience, at least three years should pertain to administration and functioning of a corporate body or public body; Age: not less than 40 years and not more than 60 years on the closing date for applications; Must be a Pakistani citizen and possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity and moral propriety; Must not be a declared loan defaulter, insolvent, or convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
Terms & Tenure	Appointment on contract, initial term three years, extendable by two years on performance review; Remuneration: pay, allowances and privileges admissible to government servants appointed in BPS-19 on contract; a special ETPB allowance up to 1.5 times basic pay may be admissible subject to ETPB rules; Secretary to be appointed on contract based on recommendation of Performance Evaluation & Selection Committee; termination on completion of term or on attaining prescribed age.
