Important instructions:
- Detailed specifications, terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned on request on firm’s letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
- Tender/bid must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Cash will NOT be accepted.
- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores as per orders in the past. Tenders received after the date and time of opening shall not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage. Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft; original bank draft must be received in office one day before opening date. Last date of issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.
