PITB Invitation to Bid – Educational Learning Resources for Special Education (Phase I)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for the provisioning of educational learning resources for special education — Tech Interventions for Children with Special Needs (Phase I) under Framework Contract (EGOV-07). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

Key submission requirements: Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed and stamped. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany the bids. Bidders are responsible for timely upload on the e-portal; incomplete, unsigned or late submissions will not be considered.
