Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (Government of Pakistan) invites applications for appointment of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) on contract basis. ETPB is a statutory body responsible for management and disposal of evacuee trust properties attached to charitable, religious or educational trusts or institutions.

Qualification & Experience	Second-class Master's degree or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC in a discipline relating to business administration, public administration or social sciences with preferably five years' experience in the relevant field; OR Bachelor degree in law from an HEC-recognized university with preferably five years' experience in business administration, public administration, asset management or law. Out of the five years' relevant experience referred above, a candidate shall have at least three years' experience pertaining to administration and functioning of a body corporate or a public body.
Eligibility / Criteria	Must be a citizen of Pakistan. Must not be declared a defaulter by a court of law in respect of re-payment of a loan or declared an undischarged insolvent. Must not have been convicted by a court for an offence involving moral turpitude. Age: not less than 40 years and not more than 60 years on the closing date fixed for receipt of applications. Possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity and moral propriety.
Terms & Conditions	Appointment on contract basis, payment and allowances as admissible to BPS-19 government servants on contract. Special ETPB allowance (subject to ToRs/criteria) may be admissible up to one and a half times basic pay. Appointment subject to recommendation of the Performance Evaluation and Selection Committee. Initial term three years, extendable by two years on recommendation of the committee. On completion of term unless extended for specific reasons or on attaining the prescribed age limit, the Secretary shall cease to hold office.
