Tender: Supply of Furniture, IT & Machinery Equipment — Punjab Ring Roads Authority (Lot-wise)

Issuer: Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA). Tender No.: PRRA/Admin/2026/IF&ET-Machinery. PRRA invites sealed bids on a lot-wise basis from reputable firms registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax and GST) with an active taxpayer profile and adequate supply experience.

Documents are available w.e.f. the date of publication and can be downloaded from the PRRA website (prra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portals. Participation documents can also be obtained from PRRA offices during office hours on submission of a written request on company letterhead.

Technical bids must be accompanied by bid security (CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order) in favor of Punjab Ring Roads Authority. Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement system (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) to the office of the Deputy Director (A&C).

Submission deadline: 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If an official holiday falls on the deadline/opening day, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

PRRA is not responsible for delays by courier/post. The authority may reject all bids at any time in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
