MES Tender Notice — Emergency Works (Provision of Facilities) at PAF Base Rafiqui, Shorkot Cantt

Military Engineer Services (Office of GE (Air), PAF Base Rafiqui, Shorkot Cantt) invites sealed tenders for multiple emergency works for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Rafiqui in accordance with PPRA Rule 42(c)(4). Tenders will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and after scrutiny of submitted documents.

- Application / tender submission deadline: 11:50 Hrs on 2026-08-13. Tenders will be opened at 12:30 Hrs the same day.

- Tender issuance and enquiries: Contact the authorized representative of GE (Air) PAF Base Rafiqui between 0800–1500 hours on working days for further details.

Mandatory requirements and important notes:

• Contractors must submit complete documents as listed in the notice. Only firms with sufficient relevant experience will be issued tender documents.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that no adverse reports exist against them in Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation.
• Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration; contractors not registered with PEC are not eligible to apply.
• Un-enlisted contractors who are otherwise acceptable to MES will be required to deposit security (specified in the notice) — e.g., Rs.150,000 as security in the form stated — before award.
• Other prequalification and bid conditions apply as per MES/PPRA regulations; rejected tenders will be dealt with under applicable rules.
