National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications from highly qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for contract appointments to multiple Deputy/Assistant Director positions at NPF Headquarters, Islamabad.

Experience with Government/Semi-Government or large-scale organizations and knowledge of Planning Commission/PPRA/project management tools preferred. Maximum age: 40 years. |
| Assistant Director (Works) | 01 | Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 05 years experience in civil works, infrastructure, housing/real estate management in large-scale public or private housing projects. Demonstrated strategic planning ability and knowledge of real estate laws/regulations. PEC registration mandatory. Maximum age: 35 years. |
| Assistant Director (Procurement & Coordination) | 01 | Master’s in Management Sciences, MBA, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from HEC-recognized institute. Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in procurement, vendor management and supply chain within large government departments or private organizations. Responsible for procurement management and compliance with regulations. Maximum age: 35 years. |
| Assistant Director (Testing & Assessment) | 01 | Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education or related field from HEC-recognized institute. Minimum 05 years relevant experience. Responsible for modernizing testing systems, ensuring security, transparency and confidentiality of candidate/test data for NPF testing & assessment services. Maximum age: 35 years. |
| Assistant Director (Litigation) | 01 | LLB or LLM (16 years) from HEC-recognized institute with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in High Court, government sector, in-house counsel or legal consultancy. Duties include legal advice, representation in courts/tribunals, preparing and vetting legal documentation and ensuring compliance with laws/regulations. Maximum age: 35 years. |
Application & Selection: Appointments are on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year subject to performance.
