National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for contract appointments at NPF Headquarters, Islamabad. Appointments are initially for 02 years (extendable by 01 year subject to performance). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Experience in government/semi-government & large-scale organizations and knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and project management tools preferred. Maximum Age: 40 years. |
| 2 | Assistant Director Works | 01 | Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years' experience in civil works, infrastructure, housing/real estate management in large-scale public or private housing projects. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Mandatory PEC registration. Maximum Age: 35 years. |
| 3 | Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination | 01 | Master's in Management Sciences, MBA, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution with 3–5 years' experience in large-scale government departments or private organizations in procurement, vendor management and supply chain operations. Responsible for procurement, vendor management, administrative & establishment matters, office management and compliance. Maximum Age: 35 years. |
| 4 | Assistant Director Testing & Assessment | 01 | Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education or related field from HEC-recognized institution with minimum 05 years' relevant experience. Will assist in recruitment projects, modernize testing systems, ensure security, transparency and confidentiality of candidate and test data. Age Limit: 35 years. |

Responsible for legal opinions, litigation, preparing/vetting legal documents and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Age Limit: 35 years. |
