| Experience | Five (5) years' experience as an Internal Auditor (public sector company referenced). Report writing experience including preparation of replies to Federal Government audit reports and annual audit reports. |
| Key areas of expertise | Compliance, forensic audit, taxation system & public finance, audit, finance, accounting/corporate affairs; familiarity with Companies Act, 2017; Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013; and SOE Ownership & Management Policy, 2023; other relevant laws and regulations. |
