PSEB invites applications for the senior leadership role of Director People & Culture to lead human resources and organisational development in support of Pakistan’s IT & IT-enabled services sector growth.

Director People & Culture	Lead PSEB’s human resources and organisational development function. Drive a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with PSEB’s mission. Design and implement HR policies, learning & development, succession planning, and performance management. Act as HR advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people, culture and change.	At least 16 years of education: degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organisational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or a related discipline. Relevant higher qualifications or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) are desirable.	Over 10 years of progressive HR/organisational development experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR leadership role. Public-sector experience is highly valued; strong private-sector HR leaders with ambition for national impact are also welcome. Age limit: up to 56 years.
