PSEB is seeking a senior HR leader for the role of Director, People & Culture to lead human resources, organizational development and people transformation in support of Pakistan’s IT & IT-enabled services sector growth.

Director — People & Culture	Lead PSEB’s people agenda and HR strategy, shape organizational culture and drive talent transformation. Build and execute the talent journey: recruitment, performance culture, feedback, learning & development. Design leadership development, succession planning and institutional HR strength for long-term growth. Develop and maintain HR policies and service rules that are compliant, current and fit for purpose. Act as senior HR advisor to the CEO and leadership on people, culture and change management.	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or allied discipline. Higher qualification or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage; degrees must be from an HEC-recognized institution. 10+ years of progressive HR/OD leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role. Public-sector experience is valued; accomplished private-sector HR leaders with national impact orientation are welcome.	Upper age limit: under 56 years.
