Purpose	Lead HR strategy, planning and people & culture initiatives to support PSEB’s mission and Pakistan’s IT sector transformation.
Core responsibilities	Recruitment and retention: build a high-performance team and oversee hiring and onboarding. Performance culture: implement performance systems, feedback, real growth and accountability. Learning & development: design programs to build future leaders and institutional capability. Succession planning and institutional strength for long-term continuity. Develop and maintain HR policies and service rules that are compliant, current and fit for purpose. Act as senior HR advisor to the CEO and lead organizational change and people initiatives.

Eligibility and selection criteria:

Minimum qualification	At least 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Public Administration / Organizational Psychology / Management Sciences / Social Sciences or equivalent. Relevant HR professional certifications or related areas as HRSCP, CIPD or equivalent are desirable.
Experience	10+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record; preferably including at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role. Public-sector experience is valued but ambitious private-sector HR leaders ready for national impact are also encouraged to apply.
Age	Under 56 years of age.
