Pakistan Railways has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods described in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow Single-Stage–Two-Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under applicable Public Procurement Rules, Regulations and Guidelines.

• Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Prospective bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
• Bid security in prescribed forms (Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft) or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents is required.
• E-bids must be prepared and submitted through EPADS v2.0 only. Manual or hard-copy submissions will not be entertained.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-08-07 (Friday) by 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0.
