Police College Sihala (Commandant) Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the purchase/supply of various goods, services and repair works for the financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted/uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 07-08-2026 before 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key submission and bidding instructions:
- Tender documents and detailed bidding instructions are available for download on the Punjab e-Procurement System immediately after publication. The tender is also available on the PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
- Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes (technical and financial). Technical proposals will be opened/downloaded on 2026-08-07 at 11:30 AM. After evaluation, financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on the date notified on the e-Procurement portal.
- Quoted rates will be valid up to 2027-06-30.
- Bid security: 3% of the total bid value must be submitted digitally through Digital Bank's Mobile App / Corporate Payment Portal using the Access 1Bill Invoice option and processing PSID with prefix 267901430 via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
- Performance guarantee: Successful bidders shall deposit 3% of the total contract value as performance guarantee digitally via PSID of the Punjab e-Procurement Portal with Swift on MT760 as Advising Bank. The performance guarantee will be refunded on successful completion of the contract.
- The Commandant, Police College Sihala, reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
