Tender Notice: Heritage Conservation & Land Acquisition Works — Directorate General Archaeology & Museums KP

Issuer: Directorate General of Archaeology & Museums, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Invitation for tenders through the EPADS e-procurement system under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Key eligibility and submission requirements: bidders must be registered on EPADS and hold valid registrations/documents including PEC (specialized code BC-02), relevant experience, KPRA registration (active), and FBR (NTN & STR returns active). Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are available for download from the EPADS portal. Technical and financial bids to be submitted via EPADS.

Important deadlines and submission details:

• Last date/time for submission of technical and financial bids via EPADS: 2025-08-19 at 12:30 Hours.
• Complete set of Bid Solicitation Documents must be obtained from the Engineering Wing, Directorate General of Archaeology & Museums up to 2025-08-18 (04:00 PM).
• Technical bids will be opened on the same day as submission in the presence of bidders or their representatives; financial bids will be opened as per the procedure and schedule in the BSDs.
