Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab invites bids for the provisioning of educational learning resources for special education as part of Tech Interventions for Children with Special Needs – Phase I under Framework Contract (EGOV-07).
Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and complete, signed and stamped where required. Tender documents are available free of cost on the PITB and PPRA Punjab websites. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) system. For e-procurement registration assistance bidders may contact the eP support helpline.
