PITB Tender: Educational Learning Materials for Special Education (Framework EGOV-07)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for provisioning of educational learning resources for special education — Tech interventions for children with special needs (Phase I) under Framework Contract (EGOV-07).

Key submission instructions: Technical and financial bids must be prepared and submitted separately using the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) portal. Tender documents are available free of cost at PITB and PPRA Punjab websites and may be downloaded. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement system before the stated deadline on the portal. Incomplete, unsigned, stamped, late, or otherwise nonconforming bids will not be considered. For registration or e-procurement assistance, use the eP portal helpdesk as specified on the portal.
