Sindh S&IT Department NIT – Procurement of Hardware for E-Daftar (Scanners, Biometric Devices, Desktops)

Issuer: Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for the procurement, supply and delivery of hardware for the project titled “Development, Management, Technical Support and Operation of the E-Daftar” for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Sindh E-PADS (EPADS) portal (registration required). A physical Bid Security (in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order) in favour of Section Officer (General), Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh must be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline as specified in the bidding documents.

Estimated cost: PKR 85.00 million.

Key procurement facts: Bid Security = 2.5% of quoted bid; bid validity period = 90 days from submission; bids will be evaluated per Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
