PITB Invitation to Bid — Learning Materials for Special Education (Grades 1–3 & 4–5)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for provisioning of educational learning resources for special education for tech interventions for children with special needs (Phase I) under Framework Contract (EGOV-07).

Key instructions: Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the tender document. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on the e-Procurement portal by 11:00 hours on 2016-08-10; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date (as per PPRA Rules, 2014).
