WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid Notice — Diving Equipment & LV Circuit Breakers (EPADS v2.0)

Issuer: Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela Power Station (WAPDA). Invitation for e-bids on EPADS v2.0 for procurement on D.D.P. basis. Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bid security and hard-copy requirement:

• Bid security must be furnished in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), bank guarantee or bank draft in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela, as specified in the bidding documents.

• Where bid security is not required, bidders must furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document.

• A hard copy (original) of the bid security must reach the Tarbela office prior to or before the bid closing/submission time. Insurance guarantees will not be acceptable.
