National Book Foundation (NBF) Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of printing paper and bleached card under the Fund reserved for FY 2026-27. This procurement will be conducted through the e-procurement platform EPADs v2.0 using a Single Stage–One Envelope, Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
